Chocolate Chip Cookie

Worlds best chocolate chips cookies

Setup

Preheat the oven to 375° F.

Ingredients

1/2 c Butter, softened

1/2 c Shortening

1 c Brown Sugar

1/2 c Sugar

2 Eggs

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Baking Soda

1 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Vanilla

2 1/2 c Flour

1/2 Bag of chocolate chips

Steps

Dissolve the baking soda in just enough water, then mix together all ingredients except flour and chocolate chips. Mix until there are no chunks or bumps, I usually put a Kitchen Aid on medium for two minutes. Add in flour then chocolate chips.

Bake at 375° F for 9 minutes, or until golden brown.

Makes roughly 3 dozen.
